Erwin Papa is a California-based illustrator, sculptor, and toy designer with a background in art from Long Beach City College. His extensive professional work includes clients like Sideshow Collectibles and Super7, and his art is featured in the permanent collection at the Copro Nason Gallery. Erwin has also created illustrations for various comics and character designs for toys, including his creator-owned character The Angriest Warrior.
He is a co-founder of Ink & Drink Long Beach, which he established in 2018 with friends Joon Alvarado and Roshi. The group hosts popular monthly in-person and weekly online “drink and draw” events, fostering the local art community and organizing successful comic book crowdfunding campaigns.
